Over several decades, Tabari’s dedication to excellence and his ability to transform opportunities into successful ventures have earned him respect across industries and borders.
After earning his B.S. in Business Management and Engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder, in 1973, Tabari joined his family’s firm, Ranya Trading & Contracting, in the UAE. The company operated in various sectors, including construction materials, trading, and pharmaceuticals. His drive and curiosity soon led him to London, where he became the Executive Director of Multiworld International, a company specializing in the export of electrical materials and consumer products across the UAE, London, and Washington, D.C.
In the 1980s, Tabari founded Tathniya (TEST) Electro-Mechanical Contracting in Saudi Arabia, later establishing TEST Contracting in Dubai. His persistence and vision transformed both firms into influential organizations that contributed to significant development projects throughout the Middle East. Under his leadership, these companies became known for their high standards, helping shape the infrastructure and skyline of modern cities such as Dubai and Doha.
Tabari went on to serve as Chairman of Vision Investments & Holdings Inc., a multi-asset family holding company with operations spanning the MENA region, Europe, and the United States. His success in managing diverse investments reflects a commitment to innovation, sustainability, and strategic growth. Through his ventures, including Emcor Facilities Management ME and partnerships such as Thrifty Rent-A-Car in Jordan and the Beverly Hills Polo Club in the Middle East, Tabari demonstrated exceptional business insight and versatility.
Deeply committed to giving back, Tabari founded the Khaldoun Tabari Swiss Foundation, dedicated to supporting education, healthcare, and cultural preservation for Palestinian communities. The foundation’s mission focuses on empowerment, creating opportunities, and promoting sustainable social development. His philanthropic vision mirrors the same values that guided his professional journey—integrity, progress, and compassion.
